- Giving and receiving information on the phone
- Politeness and diplomacy on the phone
- Understanding difficult speakers
- Speaking on the phone with confidence
During the seminar we will record and analyse authentic phone calls Target Group: Telephone Receptionists, Team Assistants, Executive Secretaries and Office Personnel who make and receive international calls
